We accept OEM/ODM order,but we will charge for some additional cost if you want your logo attached.
About Installation
We will offer the Installation manual and video for quick and easy installation.
But for some large projects and complex projects,we can send our technical engineer from China for onsite installation guidance,also if the specific area where we have our office or agent,we will send local engineer for the onsite installation guidance.
About Warranty Time
All products(except Medical Freezer) are guaranteed for 1 year time,and compressors 3 years.
Medical Freezers are guaranteed for 2 year time,and compressors 3 years.
About Packing
Our packing is standard thickened wooden cartoon with fumigation certificate and pallet base.
About Spare Parts
We advocate a lifetime service system,which including:
1%-2% of order value spare parts to you along with your product when delivery.All spare parts are supplied all year long.In additional,we suggest you to buy more wear parts in advance to reduce delivery cost.If you want know more about wear parts,please check here.
About Delivery Time
Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to finish the electrical system before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time is within 10 days after deposit received.
About Payment
Normally,30% deposit in advance,balance before delivery.But as to the sample order,the payment term is 50% deposit in advance,balance before delivery.T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight are recommended.
